Help St Physiotherapy is an innovative physiotherapy clinic in Chatswood, Sydney which wanted a website to help develop their business.

They needed a web presence which could explain to their public all the aspects of the services they offered - from traditional physiotherapy, its uses and modalities, through postural assessment, massage and pilates.

They also needed a site to keep their clients abreast of their work and as a reference point for information for their clients.

In addition to all this, they needed to be able to update the site themselves using some sort of content management system. They would then be able to add content at minimal expense of time and money, and add value to their investment in the site.

Designmodule designed a site based on research of the market and Help St Physio in particular, their logo and current literature.

Clean, consistent look and feel.
The Help St Physio site uses many variations on the same value of blue as in the Help St Physio logo, and variations of presentation of that logo to effectively brand the site.

Medium-appropriate design.
The Help St Physio website uses fluid, flexible layout to display well on screens of all sizes. The site is light and doesn't degrade visually in old browsers.

Strong information architecture.
Delineation of the various content areas is clear and constant, enabling easy navigation of site and assimilation of its information. Typographic hierarchy reflects relative values of information.

Template features to ease content editing
Pages are written as templates which can be locked so content can be edited without fear of destroying the layout of the pages. Staff use Macromedia's Contribute to edit content through a browser-type interface.

Original anatomical illustrations
Original designmodule illustrations of the skeleton help give convey the modern, professional, medical excellence of the clinic providing focal points of interest for the eye to draw the reader further into the page.
